Q: How is my order shipped?
A: We ship our products by United States Postal. All orders are shipped Priority Mail. Which normally takes 3 to 5 days.



Q: Do all fabrics come in Full yard Cuts?
A: If full yards are needed PLEASE add this in your order! If we have full yards you will get full yard cuts. If not you will receive what is in stock. We will fill the order the best we can!



Q: I don't see the fabric I am looking for?
A: Email us! We probly have it in our store and if we don't we can try to find it!



Q: The fabric I ordered wasn't what I expected?
A: You can send the fabric back for a refund, Shipping Charges are NOT Refundable!!



Q: I don't have a Pay Pal account but I would like to order?
A: Not a problem! Give us a call or email us. We accept credit cards over the phone or checks by mail.



Q: What about Returns?
A: If the fabric has a manufactor flaw we will accept the return and send a new piece or a refund. Shipping charges are NOT refundable!



Q: Live near by and would like to see our shop?
A: Let us know we will give you directions.



Q: Do you ship international?
A: Yes, we do ship products international. Shipping Rates are different so if more money is needed a money request will be sent via PayPal.



Q: Why is shipping and handling so high?
A: Our shipping is at a set rate. If shipping is way over then we will send you a refund with PayPal.



Q: I want a fabric cut, but I can't enter it?
A: We only except full yard cuts.
